I had a lovely one-night stay at the OYO Eagle House Hotel in St Leonards. The location was perfect—just a short 10-minute walk from the seafront and conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to get around. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made check-in smooth and hassle-free. My room was clean and comfortable, with new mattresses that ensured a good night's sleep. I appreciated the little touches like the kettle with tea and coffee supplies in the room. Breakfast was a great start to the day, offering a nice buffet with options like cereal, yogurt, toast, and a full English breakfast cooked to order. The hotel also has a cozy bar and a small restaurant with a nice evening menu, which added to the overall pleasant experience. Parking on site was an added bonus. For the price, this hotel was a real bargain and ideal for a short stay. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the area and would recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly, clean, and conveniently located place to stay in St Leonards.

We selected a booking with parking. Received a warm welcome and given thorough explanation about the hotel services. Our room which faced the rear garden was clean and spacious. There is some noise coming from corridor when guests are shutting/opening doors but we had no other issues. Food is served in their restaurant all day and includes cuisine from the Philippines. Breakfast is self service - you make your own tea & coffee and toast. We had a decent full English which is served to the table. There is small bar open until 11pm. As we have family living nearby, we will definitely use this hotel again. Excellent value.

The breakfast room was very light and airy with plenty of space and the breakfast itself was very good, helpful staff.
